疾驰的哀鸣:论张枣诗歌中的声音与抒情表达

诗人张枣一生仅仅创作了百余首诗歌,但在这些为数不多的作品中,关于传统,他始终有着一种相对明晰的态度。本文选择以声音的视角切入,将通过句式、停顿、词的选择等包孕在情感与意象中的内在化节奏展开,从而在声音传统中去洞悉张枣的诗歌所彰显出的哀鸣与急促等情感特征。     

轻与重：美丽的悔——读张枣《镜中》

张枣很早就开始尝试对古典诗学传统的吸收和借鉴,并进行了比较成功的试验,《镜中》便是一例。通感和＂词义借用＂使＂悔＂变得美丽轻盈,人称转换造成了心理空间腾挪,＂镜中＂这一出色运用的意象统摄了全诗,三者共同织就一个复杂的文本。这些技巧帮助平衡了诗中的轻与重,取得了良好的效果。

《三国演义》是我国"四大古典小说之一,其在明清时期的广泛传播对中华民族精神产生了不可或缺的深远影响:树立了集"忠义"和"神勇"于一身的崇拜偶像—关羽,提升了民族笃信好义精神,提高了民族凝聚力,增强了民族忧患意识。     

Conditional and marginal estimates in case-control family data – extensions and sensitivity analyses

This work considers two specific estimation techniques for the family-specific proportional hazards model and for the population-averaged proportional hazards model. So far, these two estimation procedures were presented and studied under the gamma frailty distribution mainly because of its simple interpretation and mathematical tractability. Modifications of both procedures for other frailty distributions, such as the inverse Gaussian, positive stable and a specific case of discrete distribution, are presented. By extensive simulations, it is shown that under the family-specific proportional hazards model, the gamma frailty model appears to be robust to frailty distribution mis-specification in both bias and efficiency loss in the marginal parameters. The population-averaged proportional hazards model, is found to be robust under the gamma frailty model mis-specification only under moderate or weak dependency within cluster members.     

高职院校教师激励管理制度的实证研究

随着我国教育事业的蒸蒸日上,教育的多元化不断发展,发展民办高职院校已成为教育事业发展的必然趋势之一。如何办好民办高职院校,如何管理好民办高职院校,已成为民办高职院校管理者所要解决的核心难题。本文从高职院校教师的激励管理制度入手,根据计量经济学,借助Eviews统计工具,分析研究各种激励手段对高职院校教师激励程度大小的作用,并提出合理化建议。     

Becoming a Race-Conscious Social Studies Teacher: The Influence of Personal and Professional Experiences

In this interpretive case study the researchers examined the beliefs of 13 self-identifying race-conscious secondary social studies teachers from diverse racial or ethnic, gender, and school-context backgrounds. The researchers found that the teachers' beliefs and views of practice were generally aligned with the main assertions of critical race theory. The teachers described their personal and professional experiences as a major influence on their race-conscious beliefs and views of practice. Moreover, teachers in diverse contexts described having to learn how to navigate the different racial experiences of the students in their classrooms, while teachers in racially segregated contexts (predominately White, Black, or Latino) emphasized the importance of teaching their students about others. Finally, despite the teachers' regular integration of race-related issues into their required and elective courses, they expressed a desire to have more opportunities to teach about race.
